Every Hyalite cleaning follows a defined room-by-room standard. The scope is clear, consistent, and easy to customize with add-ons or priority areas.
Room-by-room scope
What's included in every clean.
These are the baseline tasks we complete in every home. Your specific service may include additional items based on your estimate and priorities.
Kitchen
- Counters and backsplash wiped and sanitized
- Appliance exteriors cleaned (stove, dishwasher, microwave)
- Microwave interior cleaned
- Sink scrubbed and fixtures polished
- Cabinet fronts spot-wiped as needed
- Countertop items organized and wiped around
- Floors vacuumed and/or mopped
- Trash emptied and liner replaced
Bathrooms
- Showers and tubs scrubbed (walls, doors, tracks)
- Toilets cleaned inside and out, disinfected
- Mirrors and glass polished streak-free
- Counters and sinks sanitized
- Fixtures shined
- Floors washed and detailed around edges
- Trash emptied
Bedrooms
- Beds made or linens changed by request
- All accessible surfaces dusted
- Mirrors and glass cleaned
- Floors vacuumed (including under bed if accessible)
- Trash emptied
- General straightening and organizing
Living Areas
- All accessible surfaces and decor dusted
- Furniture fronts and tops wiped
- Window sills and ledges addressed
- Floors vacuumed and/or mopped
- High-touch points wiped (light switches, remotes, door handles)
- Cobwebs removed where reachable
- General straightening
